Great burger, cooked as ordered. Fabulous flavor in the Candied Jalapeno Cream Cheese. You gotta try the Bacon Fat Fries and the baked beans are heaven, on a stick.Lotsa craft beer choices, some from the microbrew in the basement Don't forget dessert!

Nice place overall.The waiter seemed very new and had to ask for assistance quite often but was trying to be helpful.The burger was very good but many of the potatoes were undercooked.

My husband ordered a burger from here and it was so salty that he started choking on it. When the management was informed they yelled at him and his friends and told them to not ever order from there again.

Good burgers and other unique offerings. No French fries but delicious home fries. Outdoor seating in the warmer months. Warstreets brewery is located here. Downside is that you smell like cooked meat when you leave due to placement of the grille.

Great place. Nice craft beer selection from War Streets Brewery. Loved the pulled pork. But eyes up the Apple and Goat Cheese burger my husband had, loved the bite I had.

Been here many times. Deviled eggs and burgers are my go tos. Awesome selection of local beers. My favorites are always Jake’s though.

I love Bier's! The menu is really interesting with a lot of great items! The beer from War Streets Brewing is great and Jake always has something new on the menu. Plus the atmosphere is really warm and welcoming, the staff is super friendly and there is live music!

Great burgers. Everyone loved the bloody Mary bar. Great beer selection on tap. Service was excellent.

We like coming here during the week when it's a little slower. Great happy hour, good selection of whiskies, some really interesting menu items. I recommend anything from the smoker (salmon, wings, pork). I haven't had the burgers, but my wife and friends say they are great.To a previous review: Beer is not supposed to be really cold! It ruins the finer flavors.

Jake Bier (great name by the way) puts his heart and soul into the brewing process and it shows. All the beers they serve there are outstanding as are the burgers.

Great vibe and good service. Morning burger was great. Two sides we got were dry and bland. Pickled stuff was insanely spicy (and not advertised as such). The sangria was basically red wine with fruit on the rim. Overall not impressed but I'd be willing to try again

Visited for Brunch on Saturday. The food was wonderful! I’m only giving 4 stars as they prices were a little high and the Bloody Mary bar wasn’t the best.Would love to come back and try some lunch/dinner!

This place was great we brought our kids and they enjoyed it also. I had the candied jalapeño burger and it was in time!!!!!! Please make sure you visit this place..... often!!!

The place was suggested to me & my husband by the Inn we were staying at & we are so happy we checked it out.The meat & cheese app was varied and delicious. I got the brew, bourbon, & burger Tuesday special. The bourbon burger was cooked perfectly. I tried the dark side of the pint and was pleasantly surprised by the light flavor for such a dark beer and really enjoyed it. I like to try new things and the broccoli salad was interesting, but I wouldn't get it again. My husband got the home fries which were fantastic and a grilled cheese which was awesome. Hope to come back again sometime.

What a wonderful bar! I had a great time and a very tasty pulled pork sandwich. The cider also was very good, I would come back anytime.

Came here for a lunch meeting and found the place to be charming and well-appointed.Service was excellent, and the BLT I ordered was delicious. I'm typically a slow eater; however, I found myself devouring my sandwich in about a quarter the time it took my companion to consume his grilled cheese.We didn't have any alcohol, but their selection looked expansive, which was encouraging for a future visit.Bier's has some great art on the walls, as well as in the bathroom.The sole downside to the experience was the noise level. As the pub is essentially one large room, sound tends to gather and amplify; additionally, their "kitchen" is right at the end of the bar rail, which means you're also contending with the sizzle of food prep.tl;dr: solid place with great food. Would/will return.

Post COVID-19 restaurant with good social distancing. The staff was very attentive. Although the restaurant is know for its burgers, the all beef hot dog is great! There could have been more chopped onions, although it was delicious (also requested and got yellow mustard). Their beer choices are diverse enough to please any pallet. Definitely a place to return to.

It's definitely worth a visit- they have good beer (named after streets in the area) and food, and some Pittsburgh-themed artwork. Unfortunately, the originality and character are oddly paired with chain restaurant music spouting from the jukebox. How many times am I going to have to hear Hotel California in my life? Also, my coat smelled like cooked meat for days after being in there.

You’re going to get a six count of anorexic looking chicken wings if you order the appetizer and the taste fails to overcome the lack of food. If you mention that you were surprised that there are six anorexic chicken wings on your plate, you’re going to have a terrible meal. They don’t have hospitality there. Anyhow, I don’t recommend this place.

Their signature beer is super smooth. It almost tastes like a Red.

Overall, pretty good. Beers on tap we're nice, the local brewery knows what they are doing. Food and service were alright, not stellar.Another reviewer mentioned that their burgers were dry and this is the case with ours as well. The Cesar Salad was very good though! Visited mid-day on a Weekend, from the time we were seated until the check arrived was an hour and forty minutes. The restaurant was busy, but not packed as there were still open tables. Food for the party that arrived after we ordered came out before ours, and a table that was seated ahead of us received their meals after we did. If you're in a hurry, I'd recommend someplace else.

Highly recommend checking this place out! Great craft beers with delicious eats to accompany! The craft beers cycle through as do our 4 seasons here in beloved Pittsburgh. I wouldn't walk past, Id stop in have a pint n a burger before stepping ever so closer to the north side park. Easy win when you're in a beautiful scene with a belly full of great beer and fulfilling food!

Nice pub for beers with friends. Service is good. Do not recommend eating here. The burger was dry and overall not good considering it seems to be their specialty. The potatoes taste like dirty bacon grease. The bbq pulled pork was decent but nothing special. Pasta salad was good. Overall if you’re here for drinks and you’re starving get food otherwise just eat dinner somewhere else. Drinks 5/5 food 2/5.

I was overcharged $100.00 exactly. On a 36.00 bill I paid 136.00. When I went to dispute this with my credit card they contested it despite presenting the receipt. Food was very average. Cool interior layout though

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is super cool. Only downfall, you will come out smelling like a smoked burger lol. The candied jalapeno burger is so delicious.

Got a regular burger 🍔 with Sharp cheddar. Good stuff good service. Good vibe. Wish they had fries. I'm sure they want to kill everyone that says that. But I'd recommend trying this place and looking forward to going back.

Very good food. Very consistent. I work across the street and eat here at least once a month if not more. Burgers are cooked perfectly and the pulled pork sandwich one of the best I ever had!!!!

Visited Bier's for lunch - there was plenty of seating for us as a party of five but not too much seating overall so during a busy time I could see that being a slight issue.The place was nice and kid-friendly with a lot of nice food options in addition to something around 20 selections on tap. The cheese/charcuterie plate was pretty hefty, the burgers were cooked well, and the coleslaw was fantastic (which is a big plus for me). Service was quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Some of the best burger's and beer all in one location. Remember it's important to try a place then review it. A very crucial but simple process. I'm getting hungry just recalling my experience at this great place!

Good beer selection and excellent burgers. We had the Kentucky Bourbon burgers. They were cooked perfectly for our tastes. The staff is very nice and their service is great. A quiet, relaxing atmosphere which makes talking at the tables without raising your voice possible.

Burgers were top notch. Atmosphere is really nice and the staff were friendly. My only complaint would have been the "war streets" craft beer. We chose this place as it was across the street from another craft brewery tap room. I was highly disappointed with War Streets brews and found myself drinking other craft brewers drafts that were on tap. War Streets brews please keep working on your beer because the restaurant is outstanding.(In response) I tried the Golden Ale, Zinn Amber, and the Imperial Stout. They all seemed to miss the mark. Imperial stout had more of a wine taste, and bitter. The Golden Ale had yet a bitter aftertaste , and the Amber tasted almost watered down. They just weren’t smooth, and I just think working on them for drinkability is an ongoing effort. Not beer snobs by any means, but when you pay 7$/draft, your expecting something a step above the rest. Kind regards, Dan.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. We love the service, atmosphere and food. We live out past the Pittsburgh Airport and make a special trip at least once a month to enjoy the consistent excellent experience Bier's Pub delivers.

LOVE this place! They have a great happy hour and friendly staff members. If you like portobello mushrooms, get their mushroom sandwich; you won't be disappointed ;)

Went for brunch. Asked the waiter if the lamb sausage was any good and he said it’s the best option on their brunch menu and he wasn’t lying. Great food, great service, and a great spot on the north side to eat at.

Awesome burgers, baked brie appetizer is amazing! Just a really cool, casual place attached to a local brewery, but has other local breweries on tap as well, and some regional and national beers in cans or bottles...try ginger here to eat whenever I happen to be on the North Side for whatever reason.
